Gacom
From a stock template to a real-estate platform.
What changed
A better experience, on purpose.
Two arms, one clear path
Inmobiliaria and Desarrolladora split out in the nav (with a tidy collapsible menu), so buyers, sellers, and investors land where they belong.
Search that actually searches
A hero search plus a filterable archive — price, sale or rent, type, state — instead of static category tiles that went nowhere.
Listings that sell
Every property now leads with price, location, and the specs that matter — m², baños, cajones, habitaciones — at a glance.
A property page that closes
Gallery, structured specs, an amenities checklist, an embedded map, and a sticky lead form with WhatsApp and a brochure download.
Trust, made obvious
AMPI certification and hand-picked “propiedades seleccionadas” lead the story — the credibility Gacom earns offline, made plain online.
An identity, not a template
The generic teal gives way to a confident black-white-and-gold system with sharper type — and it's built mobile-first.
The glow-up
Drag to compare, screen by screen.
The homepage
After
BeforeA generic teal template becomes a hero with real property search, featured listings, and AMPI trust — the decision, front and centre.
Finding a property
After
BeforeA plain grid with no way to narrow it down becomes a proper filterable archive — price, sale or rent, type, and state.
The property page
After
BeforeA raw dump of thumbnails and bullet points becomes a page that closes: gallery, structured specs, an amenities checklist, a map, and a sticky lead form with WhatsApp and a brochure.
The brief
Gacom is an established real-estate name in Mexico — a broker (inmobiliaria) and a developer (desarrolladora) working across homes, commercial spaces, and land, from Nuevo León to Quintana Roo, backed by AMPI-certified advisors.
The old site was a stock template with the business bolted on: properties dumped in as generic “products”, category tiles that led nowhere useful, a raw listing page, and a teal palette that could belong to anyone. Buyers make one of the biggest decisions of their lives here — the site needed to feel that serious.
We rebuilt it end to end into a real real-estate platform: a clear two-arm structure, genuine property search, listing pages that actually sell, and an identity that finally looks like Gacom.
